About The Position

Youth Athletes United is dedicated to providing the best programming and service in the youth sports market, focusing on creating a fun and engaging first sports experience for children. Our mission is to instill healthy habits, teach life skills, and increase youth activity through sports. We are looking for coaches to join our multi-sport enrichment program, which has grown to serve over 50,000 kids annually. Coaches will have the opportunity to earn above-average pay while promoting life skills through sports, with flexible scheduling and incentive programs available.

Requirements

• Availability to work 5-25 classes a week
• Ability to work during morning and early afternoon hours as well as weekends
• Open-mindedness and willingness to receive feedback

Nice To Haves

• Experience in coaching or working with children
• Background in sports or physical education

• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success
• Utilize a non-competitive approach to create a fun and stress-free environment
• Encourage children through positive reinforcement and celebrate their successes
• Engage in continuous learning and improvement by attending trainings and following the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum
