Requirements

• 3+ years of hairdressing/salon management experience (preferred).
• An enchanted heart that beats for creating styles and smiles on tiny faces.
• A proven record of an authentic, warm and direct communication style to build a strong team, foster authentic harmony and accountability, and proactively handle challenges and concerns from customers.
• Ability to set priorities and shift attention without skipping a beat
• Ability to create connections and market to build clientele
• A sprinkle of imagination and a dash of fun in everything you do!

Responsibilities

• Master Stylist: Experienced stylist with the ability to provide flawless styles, fix flubs, and develop others to do the same.
• Champion of Belonging : A commitment to creating a safe and welcoming space for all kids, families, and team members.
• Captaining Creativity : Lead a team of stylists in crafting enchanting hairdos that bring smiles to little faces. Create a learning culture which nurtures creativity, growth and teamwork to ensure the salon sparkles with positive vibes and motivation to grow faster than the hair on our heads! Infuse the salon with your imaginative spirit! Passion or experience with marketing, advertising, and social media presence.
• Magic Management : Cast spells (metaphorically speaking) to ensure smooth salon operations (e.g., manage schedules, appointments, etc.).
• Dynamic Developer : Hire, train, and retain world-class stylists.
• Magic Dust Delivery : Sprinkle enchantment throughout the salon, ensuring every child leaves with a sprinkle of joy in their hair and a twinkle in their eyes…oh, and a balloon!
• Funky Playlist Curator : Keep the salon bouncing with a playlist that's as lively and diverse as our clientele. Bonus points for spontaneous dance parties!
• Wand Wielder : Wave your customer service wand to ensure parents and kids alike have a spellbinding experience from the time they find us until their kids graduate! Handle customers with grace and compassion: we can make mistakes in the pursuit of learning and growing, but we always strive to make it right!
• Inventory Investigator : Keep track of our royal inventory of toys, hair products, and supplies.
• Bubble, Shine and Sparkle : Maintain a salon space that's as sparkling as a bubble – cleanliness is next to fabulousness!
• Birthday Bash Maestro : Organize and host magical birthday parties and events, making each celebration a fantastical event that kids and families will remember forever.
• Authentic Cheers : Be the head cheerleader for your team, motivating them to deliver service with a smile and an extra sprinkle of glitter. Okay maybe not glitter…does anyone truly like glitter?
