KIDS PROGRAM ATTENDANT
About The Position

As a team member, you’ll be responsible for creating an unforgettable experience for kids ages 4-12 while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role or a customer service position (we love experience, but enthusiasm is key!).
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights (because kids love to run around!).
- Comfortable working outdoors and in a variety of weather conditions — a little sunshine never hurt anyone!
Responsibilities
- Turn ordinary days into epic adventures for kids ages 4–12.
- Lead games, crafts, challenges, and themed fun that keeps energy high and boredom away.
- Create a safe, welcoming space for every child.
- Check kids in and out smoothly and chat with parents about all the day’s excitement.
- Set up the fun, clean up the fun, and get ready to do it all again tomorrow.
- Jump in to help with resort events, holiday celebrations, and family activities.
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a big smile — every single shift.
