About The Position
We are seeking an energetic, patient, and reliable Kids Martial Arts Instructor to teach and lead engaging classes for children ages 3-6. The ideal candidate enjoys working with kids, can maintain a safe and structured environment, and serves as a positive role model.
Requirements
- Experience working with children (teaching, coaching, childcare, or similar)
- Any style of martial arts experience is a plus but we can train youâ
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- High energy, patience, and professionalism
- Ability to motivate and inspire young students
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Background check required
Responsibilities
- Teach fun, structured martial arts classes for pre-school aged children
- Create a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment
- Manage class behavior with confidence and professionalism
- Follow academy curriculum and lesson plans (training provided)
- Communicate effectively with parents and staff
- Assist with student evaluations, events, and promotions
- Arrive prepared and on time for all classes
