About The Position

We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Parent-Child Gymnastics Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will lead engaging classes designed for babies and toddlers supervised by their parents, focusing on movement, coordination, and social skills in a fun and safe environment as well as gymnastics and ninja training programs for older children who participate independently, promoting fitness, confidence, and teamwork. You will also be leading exciting, custom birthday party celebrations for children age 1-10. At My Gym, your role goes beyond teaching “Parent and Me” programs. It includes leading independent classes for children, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and invest in the youth of our community. As you develop your skills as a lead teacher, you’ll also gain valuable experience in our back-end systems, administration, sales, and training. Responsibilities

Lead and assist age-appropriate gymnastics classes and birthday parties, ensuring a positive experience for all participants
