Programs offer children a Springboard to Life’s Adventures by using movement-based learning and imaginative play to help build the confidence and skills needed at each stage of childhood. For over 40 years, our trained instructors have nurtured happy, confident kids through parent/child classes, gymnastics, dance and sports prep, plus enjoyable extras like camps, Parentsʼ Survival Nights and Awesome Birthday Bash parties. As a part of The Little Gym team, you will be part of a family dedicated to the growth and development of children all over the globe. Requirements

Loves having fun, giving high-fives, and playing like a kid
Brings positive energy and a “yes, I can!” attitude every day
Makes kids AND parents feel seen, valued, and excited to come back
Can work mornings and weekends; is dependable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn (background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus, but not required!)

Responsibilities

Introduce kids to the serious fun of learning and play in our unique environment
Teach amazing classes using our proven curriculum (don’t worry—we’ll train you!)
Create a warm, safe, high-energy space where kids thrive and parents feel welcome
Deliver outstanding customer service that makes every family feel like part of our community
