The Kids for All Seasons Attendant (On-Call) role provides support for Explorer Island, the resort's recreational area. Explorer Island features a Family Pool, Splash Zone, Lazy River, The Drop, beach volleyball, basketball hoops, and The Hideout gaming area. The complimentary Kids for All Seasons program is also located on the island.
Requirements
- Prior related experience of 2 years
- Comfortable working outside for 8-10 hours
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
- Must be available to work on Fridays, Saturdays, & Sundays.
- A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be fluent in English
- Possess legal work authorization in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Provide exciting and excellent service for guests of all ages
- Engage in activities with the children while maintaining a safe environment; activities may include, water sports, kids' games, pool side movies and more
