About The Position

The Executive Director at Kids FIRST will lead a dynamic nonprofit organization dedicated to providing advocacy and intervention for children affected by crime. This role involves strategic leadership, community engagement, and resource development to enhance the organization's mission and expand its services. The Executive Director will work closely with the board of directors and staff to develop a five-year strategic plan and ensure operational excellence in serving vulnerable children and families.

Requirements

• Proven track record in nonprofit management and leadership.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, fundraising, and financial management.
• Experience in healthcare compliance and legal obligations relevant to nonprofit operations.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence to inspire and mobilize staff and community partners.
