About The Position

Members of Kids Crew have a caring and charismatic demeanor as it is essential to creating a positive fan experience. This role will require you to work a minimum of 60 games during the regular season as well as be available on weekdays, weekends, and some holidays throughout the year. The hourly rate for this role is $15.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must exhibit an enthusiastic and engaging demeanor
• Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently
• Professional in appearance and conduct
• Expected to multi-task and retain information quickly
• Ability to work a minimum of 60 games during the regular season which includes weekend, evening and holiday availability

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging with our young fans entering the ballpark and overseeing activities within the Kids Concourse
• Ability to work special events outside of the ballpark
• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor throughout the game and/or events
