Description of Child Care / Kids Club Team Member The Child Care / Kids Club Team Member is responsible for our organizations consistent achievement of the O2 Fitness mission and core values. A Child Care / Kids Club Team Member ensures the success of our company, the success of their department, and the success of themselves by creating a fun, engaging, and safe environment for the children of O2 Fitness members and guests ranging in age from 6 weeks to 12 years.
Nice To Haves
- Current CPR/AED, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Childcare experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet members in a friendly and professional manner upon entering the Kids Club area
- Ascertain that all appropriate forms are completed by parent/guardian
- Monitor the parents to ensure they sign in and out for their children without exceeding the 2-hour Kids Club time limit
- Follow proper guest procedures when non-members visit the club
- Monitor for the safety and well-being of each child
- Organize activities appropriate for the various ages to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
- Supervise the use of toys and supplies and notify management of supply needs and repairs
- Maintains a clean, orderly area, picking up as needed, and sanitizing toys as instructed.
- Maintain neat appearance and wear proper uniform attire while on duty
- Promote O2 services
- Other duties as assigned to support O2 Fitnesss vision and mission
