You’ll engage children in play-based and age-appropriate activities while their parents enjoy the Y’s facilities. Requirements

  • Experience supervising children in play or structured settings
  • Understanding of child development from infancy through elementary school
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide positive guidance
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for engaging children in age-appropriate activities
  • Empathy, patience, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs
  • Must be able to respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected situations, both physically and mentally

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working with children or youth is preferred
