About The Position
Join the La Paloma Kids Club Team as a Kids Club Counselor! Are you ready to spend your weekends crafting, playing games, and creating unforgettable memories with amazing kids? We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and fun-loving individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join our La Paloma Kids Club team This isn’t your average part-time job — it’s your chance to be a hero to kids ages 1–12, lead exciting activities, and make a lasting impact. If you’re all about big smiles and serious fun, we want YOU on our team! Schedule: Friday to Sunday | 9 AM – 9 PM (part-time shifts)
Requirements
- A love for kids and a passion for creating fun
- Positive energy and endless patience (you might hear “watch this!” a hundred times — and you’ll cheer every time)
- Experience working with children or in a camp setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- CPR and First Aid certification? Amazing!
Responsibilities
- Leading creative crafts, silly games, and fun themed activities
- Creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space where every kid feels special
- Setting up activities, keeping things organized, and helping the day run smoothly
