The Kids Club Compliance Coordinator ensures that the gym delivers the best experience for our members, guests, and their children through ensuring that EōS Fitness is complying with all Company, Local, City, County and State regulations related to the care of children. Kids Club Compliance Coordinators are responsible for assisting the Regional Kids Club Compliance Manager with communicating and upholding company standards, ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance related to children’s programming, delivering the EōS Service Experience, and leading by example when it comes to our Core Purpose.

Requirements

  • 3 years working in Early Childhood Development
  • Prior experience in teaching/hospitality/fitness industry
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including proper telephone etiquette
  • Possesses strong organizational skills to execute and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Understands basic record keeping practices and procedures
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • High School diploma or General Educational Development (G.E.D.)
  • Must possess all necessary credentials and clearance to manage Day Care Program within the most stringent state, county, or city EōS Fitness conducts business.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certification required
  • California Team Members must be registered on the TrustLine Registry
  • Must successfully pass Background Check.
  • Must be authorized in the U.S.
  • Ability to regularly sit, stand, walk throughout the workday.
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 20 lbs.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent in Early Childhood Development Education
  • Bilingual - Spanish preferred
  • Travel required; minimal and infrequent.
  • Use of personal vehicles for local locations with relevant reimbursement.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper operation of Kids Club program, related to safety and compliance, in all existing and future EōS Fitness locations.
  • Instill a sense of common responsibility and teamwork across gym functions to improve the member and team member experience.
  • Support the District Operations Management Team by providing insights and reporting related to compliance and safety.
  • Ensure sure Kids Club program(s) are compliant with specific state, county and city regulations associated with drop-off babysitting and daycare.
  • Conduct regular regulation assessments to stay ahead of emerging trends or changes.
  • Prepare and maintain a detailed account of requirements by Local, City, County and State governing agencies.
  • Ensure the completion and renewal of required certifications related to new and existing employees.
  • Maintain records related to current employee certifications, CEUs and requirements to ensure continued compliance.
  • Support the District Operations Management and RKCCM to ensure Kids' Club team members follow all policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for our members’ children.
  • Ensure that only team members who have completed the appropriate training are released to the District Operations Managers to begin employment.
  • Maintain an efficient “back office.” To achieve this objective, the Kids Club Compliance Coordinator will assist the RKCCM with overseeing the following activities:
  • Manage overall reporting related to Kids Club Agreement counts, visit volume, budgeted hours, staffing level and required training completion.
