White Columns Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, and caring Kids Club Attendant to join our team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and creating a fun, safe environment. As a Kids Club Attendant, you will supervise and engage children while their parents enjoy dining, golfing, or attending events at the club. This position also offers the opportunity to support the Events team during club functions, parties, and family-oriented programming. Responsibilities

Supervise children ranging in age from infants to pre-teens in a safe and welcoming environment
Plan and facilitate age-appropriate games, crafts, and activities
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe play area
Communicate effectively and professionally with parents and staff
Monitor child behavior and ensure proper discipline when needed, in line with club guidelines
Follow all club policies and safety protocols
Assist with setup, breakdown, and facilitation of family-friendly club events as needed
Report any incidents, injuries, or concerns to the Kids Club Supervisor or Club Management
