Lead activities, games and other approved activities for the children in the Kid's Club area Provide child care to children and follow appropriate discipline procedures Notify parent/guardian if necessary to attend to personal needs (i.e., diaper changing) Administer first aid to children in accordance with company policy Review copy of Kid's Club policies and procedures with parents Report any incidents to Kid's Club Lead, Assistant Manager and Club Manager Report all member complaints to Kid's Club Lead or Assistant Manager Report any child health concerns to Kid's Club Lead or Assistant Manager so a Health Alert may be posted if required Responsible for general cleaning duties and disinfecting toys Ensure parent/guardian follows proper checking in and checking out of children (up to date account, wristband, etc) Perform daily periodic "team cleans" of the facility to maintain the kids club clean, safe and clutter free. Communicate special events to members and guests. Maintain an atmosphere which makes members and kids feel welcome. Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager. Maintain professional dispositions at all times. Assist in all projects as delegated by club management, assistant manager or kids club lead. Follow all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook. Opening and closing duties.
