The Kids Assistant Leader is responsible for the safety, engagement, and overall operations of the Academy/Child Center, ensuring adherence to Life Time’s Mission and Vision Statements. This role delivers a high level of customer service, management, and consistency to both members and team members. The Assistant Leader partners with the Kids Manager and Team Members to provide the best experience for junior members in the Academy/Child Center and during kids programming/events. Life Time operates over 160 athletic country clubs, offering a comprehensive ecosystem that extends beyond fitness to encompass all aspects of well-being.
