Position Summary The Kids and Aquatics Manager will service as the leader of our department, and is responsible for the activities and growth of the Aquatics and Kids programming. This includes financial management, hiring, training and supervising team members according to Life Time standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. They will lead a team in a fun and fast-paced environment, who proudly serve our members and guests. The Kids and Aquatics Manager is responsible for managing the day to day organization, operation, promotion, administration and supervision of all things Kids and Aquatics in the club. Ensures continuous professional growth and development of all team members. Ensures team members provide fun, enthusiastic, safe and engaging activities. They will also oversee and maintain the safety and cleanliness of their perspective spaces. Our high performing Managers are provided opportunity to grow their careers into regional and senior leadership positions. These leadership roles are responsible for the success and development of additional Kids and Aquatics departments in a designated region and deliver the expected level of member experience and business performance across multiple locations.
