About The Position
Thrive Counseling Kirkland is actively seeking licensed mental health counselors, including LMHCA, LMHC, LCSW, PsyD, PhD, LMFT, and LMFTA, to join our team. This position offers flexibility, allowing for both part-time and full-time opportunities, with the potential for growth within the practice. Our focus is on providing compassionate care to children, adolescents, and families who are navigating through challenges such as harm, heartache, and abuse. We are looking for counselors who are not only skilled but also passionate about making a difference in the lives of our clients. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, eager to build their caseload, and committed to collaborating with our team to provide the best possible care. This role requires the ability to complete clinical notes promptly and maintain a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Additionally, the position is hybrid, allowing for a combination of in-office and remote work, which provides flexibility in managing work-life balance.
