About The Position

This role leads, oversees, and coordinates the 4 and 5 year old subset of Kids Discipleship. Serving alongside the Kids Discipleship Director. This is done by planning 4 and 5 year old discipleship elements, coordinating with staff and volunteers, and serving hands-on as needed.

• Availability to work Sundays and special events, including but not limited to, Kids Camp (May-June), Easter, and Christmas.
• Children's Ministry Experience or Educational College Degree
• Volunteer Leading/Management

Responsibilities

• Assists Kids Discipleship Director to create excellent programming that will help kids understand biblical truths.
• Oversee and operate within specific discipleship subset of Doxa Kids (4-5 yrs).
• Review, select, and prepare appropriate curriculum for discipleship subset that is Bible-saturated, Gospel-centered, engaging and impactful.
• Works alongside Doxa Kids Staff with the planning and implementation of Kids Camp.
• Works alongside Kids Operations Coordinator to determine needed content for Annual Volunteer Trainings.
• Oversee all General Operations components to Doxa Kids for subset of Doxa Kids (Safety procedures, Volunteer development, Planning Center systems, etc.).
• Assist the Pre-K Discipleship Coordinator as needed with craft and curriculum supplies.
• Other related tasks as assigned by supervisor.
