About The Position
The Patient Education Programs Educator will be instrumental in helping to drive volume of CKD participants educated to the Kidney Smart program by conducting direct education virtually, support with core operations for the program and provide increased capacity for our field teammates across the country to increase the number of participants receiving lifechanging CKD education through Kidney Smart.
