About The Position
The Kidney Care Advocate position is designed to enhance the patient experience for individuals living with kidney disease. Under the guidance of a Kidney Care Advocate Manager, this role involves collaborating with care teams to provide education on treatment options, facilitate access to care, and support patients through their journey in kidney care services. The advocate will also present educational materials and assist in the transition of patients to home dialysis or other modalities as needed.
