What you'll do: Be an engaging leader who provides direction, oversight, training and development Recruit, plan, and schedule childcare volunteers for all programming at your campus Regularly communicate with, care for, appreciate, and provide pastoral leadership to volunteer leaders Lead in planning and implementing leadership training and planning meetings, encouragement events and leadership parties Oversee volunteer onboarding process (placement, orientation, training & development) Own Campus Kid's budget Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff Direct volunteer teams to identify and guide kids/parents toward their next step in their faith walk Lead Kid’s Ministry special events including Parent Dedication, KidQuest, Young Christians Class, etc. Oversee Kid's weekend and mid-week services/programming
