About The Position

Ready to spark joy and create lasting memories? Join us as a Kids Club Counselor! Lead engaging activities, inspire creativity through arts and crafts, sports and bring the fun while making unforgettable moments for kids and families to cherish. Reporting to the Kids Club Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Support a welcoming atmosphere for children ages 5-12. Build positive relationships through effective communication and active participation in activities. Plan, organize, and lead a variety of age-appropriate activities, including games, arts and crafts, sports, and team-building exercises. Ensure the safety and enjoyment of kids during all activities. Work collaboratively with fellow counselors and leadership to coordinate and execute daily activities. Attend regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and share insights. Implement and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure the environment. Pro-active communication with Kids Club Leaders

Requirements

• Food Handlers Card – in advance of employment
• Fingerprint clearance card
• CPR certified
• TB Test
• Previous experience working with Children
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and Holidays
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Comfortable working in fast paced, high volume environments
• Ability to follow direction, adjust due to volume, and enforce guidelines
