About The Position

We are seeking an enthusiastic, responsible, and organized Kids Camp Supervisor to lead and oversee our children’s camp program. The ideal candidate will be energetic, dependable, and passionate about working with children in a recreational setting.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with children in a camp, school, or recreational setting
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily camp activities for children ages 4 -10
• Plan and coordinate age-appropriate games, crafts, sports, and special events
• Ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants
• Manage and support camp counselors
• Communicate effectively with parents and club management
• Maintain attendance records and incident reports as needed
• Enforce club policies and safety procedures
