About The Position

9Round is a specialized gym/fitness center dedicated to circuit training with an emphasis on kickboxing fitness training. Its 30-minute full body workout incorporates functional, interval, cardiovascular and circuit training regimens into nine rounds (stations). There are NO class times. The workout changes EVERY day. A TRAINER guides each member through the workout while demonstrating technique and high energy to motivate members. Do you love fitness? Do you love helping others? Martial Arts, Kickboxing or Boxing preferred but NOT REQUIRED - Full training provided for the right candidate(s). Sales and customer service backgrounds are helpful, with some work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train members through the 9Round workout while demonstrating techniques and providing motivation.
• Convert first-time workout participants into members of 9Round Nation.
• Provide customer service through various communication channels: in person, phone, email, text, etc.
• Maintain member relationships and cultivate referrals.
• Ensure the gym is clean at all times by following a scheduled cleaning program.
• Assist in laying out/preparing training equipment for daily workouts.

Benefits

• Compensation: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE.
