Nice To Haves

• Experience in a fitness training role.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Leading a 9Round workout with high energy in a fast-paced environment.
• Explaining and demonstrating exercises to members.
• Coaching members on their form and technique during workouts.
• Engaging with members to motivate them throughout the workout.
• Ensuring members have a great workout experience to retain them.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the studio, including dusting, mopping, and cleaning.
• Reaching out to members who haven't attended in over a week to encourage their return.
• Participating in team meetings and covering open shifts as needed.
• Promoting 9Round's nutrition programs to members.
• Participating in community outreach events to promote the 9Round brand.
