About The Position

This position is part-time and involves overseeing the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour for guests, ensuring exceptional experiences, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby areas.

Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations, the community, and hotel services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.
• Warm and friendly manner in communicating with guests.
• Ability to speak and receive direction in English.

Responsibilities

• Make our complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour enjoyable for guests.
• Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for team members and guests.
• Oversee the 5:30 Kickback for guests through food preparation and clean-up.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby area.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are fully stocked.
• Present and maintain a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality.
• Answer guest's questions using knowledge of the hotel, area, and events.
• Provide courteous, friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
