About The Position

The Kickback Host at Drury Hotels is responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere during the complimentary 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour for guests. This role involves food preparation, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and lobby areas, ensuring food safety standards, and providing exceptional guest service. Requirements

• Knowledge of hotel accommodations and services.
• Ability to conduct accurate inventory of food items and calculate order levels.

Responsibilities

• Make the 5:30 p.m. Kickback happy hour enjoyable for guests.
• Oversee food preparation and clean-up for the Kickback event.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and lobby area.
• Ensure food safety standards are met and supplies are adequately stocked.
• Promote the Drury culture through high standards of integrity and service.
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel accommodations, local area, and events.
• Provide courteous and friendly guest service with a +1 Service attitude.
