Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and meeting their vehicle needs.
  • Needs Assessment: Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking insightful questions and listening actively.
  • Vehicle Demonstrations: Demonstrate new and used vehicles, including test drives.
  • Delivery Process: Deliver new and used vehicles, ensuring customers understand the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork, fostering long-term loyalty.
