Responsibilities

• Receive and Process Repair Orders: Obtain repair orders from Service Consultants and manage tasks efficiently.
• Perform Repairs: Complete work as outlined on repair orders with accuracy and in line with dealership and factory standards.
• Diagnose and Repair Malfunctions: Identify causes of issues and carry out necessary repairs.
• Collaborate with Parts Department: Ensure timely acquisition of needed parts for repairs.
