In Germany, Holman's team manages over 150,000 commercial vehicles, providing various services throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle. This full-time, permanent position is for a Kfz-Mechaniker/Mechatroniker in an office setting, with a focus on commercial vehicles.
Requirements
- Openness and flexible thinking
- Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with a master craftsman's certificate or comparable qualification
- High degree of customer and service orientation
- High team and communication skills
- Basic MS Office skills and good German language skills
Nice To Haves
- Initial experience in the service sector is an advantage
- Knowledge in the commercial vehicle and/or truck and agricultural machinery environment is desirable
Responsibilities
- Performing electronic invoice and cost control
- Checking repair orders and granting cost approvals on behalf of customers
- Providing competent assistance in solving technical problems for customers
- Acting as an important interface between customers, partner workshops, and fleet managers
- Ensuring high service quality
- Maintaining an overview of all processes in fleet management and ensuring careful documentation
- Coordinating mobility solutions, such as ordering replacement vehicles
