In Germany, Holman's team manages over 150,000 commercial vehicles, providing various services throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle. This full-time, permanent position is for a Kfz-Mechaniker/Mechatroniker in an office setting, with a focus on commercial vehicles.

Requirements

  • Openness and flexible thinking
  • Successfully completed technical vocational training, ideally with a master craftsman's certificate or comparable qualification
  • High degree of customer and service orientation
  • High team and communication skills
  • Basic MS Office skills and good German language skills

Nice To Haves

  • Initial experience in the service sector is an advantage
  • Knowledge in the commercial vehicle and/or truck and agricultural machinery environment is desirable

Responsibilities

  • Performing electronic invoice and cost control
  • Checking repair orders and granting cost approvals on behalf of customers
  • Providing competent assistance in solving technical problems for customers
  • Acting as an important interface between customers, partner workshops, and fleet managers
  • Ensuring high service quality
  • Maintaining an overview of all processes in fleet management and ensuring careful documentation
  • Coordinating mobility solutions, such as ordering replacement vehicles
