About The Position

As an Assistant Manager you will support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) as a key leader in the store. You will be responsible for directing the daily operations of a restaurant in the RGM's absence, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, financial accountability, and other duties as required or assigned. The Assistant Manager ensures alongside the RGM that the highest quality products and services are delivered to each customer. Other key responsibilities include the management of Shift Managers and Team Members to complete all assigned duties ensuring quality food and a safe place for all employees to work and customers to visit. A successful candidate will have a positive attitude and strong communication skills with a dedication to providing exceptional customer service. Requirements

1-3 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment, including Profit and Loss responsibility
High School Diploma or GED, College or University Degree preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Strong analytical/decision-making skills
Basic business math and accounting skill
Basic personal computer literacy
Must be at least 18 years old
Must pass background check criteria
Must have reliable transportation
Able to sweep/mop floors, dust shelves, and lift/carry out trash containers to an outside bin
Able to clean the parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant
Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs
