• Assist the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in daily operations of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with company standards in all areas of operation.
• Oversee product preparation and delivery.
• Manage customer relations and restaurant maintenance.
• Handle inventory management and team management.
• Recruit and retain team members.
• Maintain financial accountability for the restaurant.
• Deliver the highest quality products and services to customers.
