The Go-to-Market Product Manager for KeysightCare is responsible for owning the end-to-end strategy and execution of the KeysightCare Marketing Plan. This role serves as the primary owner for KeysightCare marketing—ensuring that the value of KeysightCare is consistently articulated, activated, and measured across the customer lifecycle, from initial purchase through renewal and expansion. The role partners closely with KGM, KGS, IT, KGSO Business Development, and regional teams to translate strategy into measurable business impact, including attach rate growth, renewal performance, and increased customer engagement. Success in this role means KeysightCare has a clear, consistent, and differentiated presence across all customer touchpoints, sellers understand when, why, and how to position KeysightCare—supported by strong proof points, marketing programs demonstrably support attach rate growth, renewals, and customer experience goals, and cross-functional teams view this role as the go-to owner for KeysightCare marketing direction.
