About The Position

As a Keyholder at Torrid, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store management team by overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing the store. Requirements

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role with proven leadership and sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing retail and fashion trends, job duties, and work schedules.
• Fashion-focused with a keen awareness of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals in partnership with the management team.
• Set an example for The Torrid Connection through excellent selling skills and customer service.
• Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and utilize sales, promotion, and product knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Assume responsibility for all store operations as the acting Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
