THE ROLE Keyholder will be responsible for supervising all activities within the event while maintaining a specific focus on the guest experience and day to day operations. This position reports directly to the Program Manager.

Requirements

  • To perform this job successfully, the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels.
  • The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
  • 6 months – 1 year industry experience required.
  • Will have knowledge of products.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills for interacting with customers.
  • Must be a team player.
  • Some physical exertion required.
  • Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and occasionally bend and move about the facility.

Nice To Haves

  • Associates or four-year college degree in retail, business or related field, is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and help customers through assistance in suggestion and location of merchandise based on the customer requests.
  • Knowledgeable expertise in merchandise.
  • Execute all company visual merchandising directives.
  • Understand and follow through with all Legends Global policies and procedures.
  • Active awareness of inventory and what merchandise needs to be replenished.
  • Complete quick and friendly transactions with customers; add on sales.
  • Ability to handle money comfortably.
  • Maintain cleanliness of store.
  • Act as “Manager on Duty” when Assistant Store Manager are not present by overseeing day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Foundation knowledge on all Legends Global policies and procedures.
