Requirements

2+ years of sales/keyholder experience for luxury products
Ability to provide high performing clientexperience
Technologically savvy individual with an entrepreneurial spiritincluding being sales/goalsdriven
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)required
Willing to work nights, weekends, andholidays
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong orientation towards providing excellent customerservice
High attention to detail
Demonstrated sellingskills
Ability tomaintaina professionalappearance
Must be able to lift,carryand move objects weighing up to 15 pounds up/down stairswith or without a ladder.

Responsibilities

Responsible for achieving individual sales goals and clientele goals set by storemanagement.
Responsible for opening/closing of store, cash handling procedures, bank deposits, and paperwork
Demonstrate a complete knowledge of the merchandises’ features and benefits to maximize the salesopportunity
Contribute to the overall growth and success of the store whilecomplying withcompany policies andprocedures
Develop customer relationships and nurture repeatbusiness
Have computer skills tooperatethe POS register and emailsystems
Safeguard the store’s inventory by adherence to the company’s loss preventionprogram
Maintain a professional, organized and well merchandised salesfloor
Follow all store operational policies andprocedures
