Key Holders work with the team to ensure smooth operation of the Bakery and provide outstanding customer service and experience. The Key Holders hold a set of keys to the bakery and the alarm code to be able to open or close the bakery. They relay any needs for the bakery or from customers to the management team and set a higher bar for the rest of the team. Food handler card required (Food Protection Certificate in NYC)
