The Key Holder, reporting to the Regional Property Supervisor, is responsible for supporting both administrative functions and maintenance/groundskeeping operations for the property. This role helps ensure the community remains in excellent physical condition and operates smoothly and efficiently. Key responsibilities include general administration, basic property maintenance, and upkeep of outdoor areas such as lawns, flower beds, shrubs, and trees. The Key Holder is an at-will, part-time position and requires the employee to live onsite.
