Requirements

• Previous specialty/apparel retail management experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead teams to success and demonstrate strong sales performance.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an amazing customer experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments, challenges, and work schedules.
• Fashion-focused with awareness of current trends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the store achieves company objectives and KPI goals in partnership with the management team.
• Set an example for The Torrid Connection through excellent selling skills and customer service.
• Support the management team in implementing merchandise strategies and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment.
• Perform register functions and utilize sales knowledge to drive add-on sales.
• Assume responsibility for all store operations as acting Manager on Duty when Store Management is absent.
• Work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
