About The Position

Salary: $18.50-$21/hr. After 30 days, you have the opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance. Plus, we offer a perfect attendance bonus. What We're Looking For: Motivated individuals with supervisory experience Passion for pets and customer service Leadership skills to support the Store Manager Ability to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
Requirements
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- At least one year of retail supervisory experience
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct team members
- Assist customers with excellent service
- Maintain store presentation and merchandising
- Support marketing and promotional efforts
- Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care
