The Keyholder Supervisor role involves overseeing various store operations such as loading and unloading trailers, processing textiles and wares, quality control, rotation, sales, and general store management. This position supports the store manager in tasks like managing sales and expenses, operating the cash register, performing banking procedures, training and supervising employees, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining store standards for housekeeping, safety, and security, and handling stocking, display, and inventory duties. The supervisor is expected to work a flexible schedule, adhere to the dress code, embrace a culture of empowerment and continuous improvement, contribute to equal opportunity efforts, and comply with all agency policies and safety standards. The role also includes direct supervision of employees and volunteers in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Manager, encompassing training, work assignment, performance appraisal, discipline, and problem resolution, as well as opening and closing the store.
