Requirements

• Minimum two years of customer service experience
• At least one year of retail supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct team members
• Assist customers with excellent service
• Maintain store presentation and merchandising
• Support marketing and promotional efforts
• Manage daily operations, including unloading deliveries, stocking, cash register operation, and animal care

Benefits

• Salary: $18.50-$21/hr
• Opportunity to earn an additional $2.00 per hour for punctuality and perfect attendance after 30 days
