About The Position
The Key Holder position at Le Labo in Detroit is a dynamic role that supports the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the efficient operation of the store. This position involves leading by example to inspire the sales team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. The Key Holder will also be responsible for cash handling, including start and end of day cash reconciliation, and will take on the responsibility of opening and closing the store on a rotational basis.
