About The Position

The Keyholder position at LE LABO is a part-time role focused on supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in the efficient operation of the store. The Keyholder will lead by example, providing exceptional customer service and coaching the sales team to meet sales and service targets. Responsibilities include cash handling, store opening and closing, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

• Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and store operations is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with retail point-of-sale software.
