About The Position

The Keyholder position at FEATURE is a vital role that supports the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in daily operations, policy enforcement, and task delegation. Requirements

• 2+ years of selling or customer service experience.
• 1+ year of retail management experience.
• Sales-driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Positive, high-energy, friendly, and engaging personality.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills to operate retail POS system, Word, Excel, and email.
• Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Enforce store policies and ensure staff compliance with processes.
• Maintain an adequate amount of change in the safe and keep a monthly safe log.
• Oversee Return To Vendor (RTV) tasks and communicate with the Warehouse Manager.
• Request products based on in-store trends for approval by the Store Manager.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash register management and store cleanliness.
• Manage discrepancies found during shipments and ensure proper follow-through.
• Oversee exchanges and store credit processes to ensure compliance with policies.
• Conduct building sweeps based on inventory levels and sales performance.
• Ensure daily shipments are stocked correctly and in a timely manner.
• Maintain the steam rack for apparel collections and ensure timely steaming and display.
• Prioritize daily cleaning to maintain a presentable store environment.
