About The Position

As a Donation Center Attendant Keyholder, you will: Provide world class customer service to all internal and external customers Partner with Leadership team to maintain a high quality donation site to include: overall image, customer service, stewardship of donations, facility security, maintenance, integrity of donor counts, and customer service Opens and closes as required including reporting Team Member absence, assign duties as applicable and complete control of operation functions as assigned Train to master all aspects of the Goodwill process

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
The ability to work independently
High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
Must be willing and able to work days, evenings, and weekends
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation
Must be able to sit, stand, bend, and reach for extended periods of time
Must be able to lift, push, pull, carry or otherwise move up to 40 pounds with no support regularly

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred
Prior experience in a retail environment preferred
