Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and staff management of the restaurant.
• Execute all company policies, procedures, programs, and systems.
• Build sales and drive restaurant profitability.
• Provide daily supervision of team members during opening and closing shifts.
• Model professional behavior and create a friendly atmosphere.
• Open and/or close the restaurant according to company policies.
• Handle guest complaints effectively to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in a leadership role is required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a family, fast-food, or casual dining restaurant preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Dedication to providing exceptional guest service.
• Basic business math and accounting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
