The Key Operator/Bakery role is crucial for the effective and consistent running of an assigned production line, aiming to achieve production targets through process interaction. This involves a good understanding of machinery to ensure desired results in Quality, Safety, Hygiene, and Waste, by having knowledge of the assigned machines, processes, and products, with attention to detail and operating within required parameters.
