About The Position

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor. This role involves providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead is responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and achieving daily sales goals.
